Villa Selva

Villa Selva is a 1 bed / 1 bathroom second-floor villa with a fold-out couch for an additional guest. Selva overlooks the jungle and is great for bird watching and seeing the monkeys scamper through the trees. 

Selva shares the pristine pool with the property's five other villas.

Selva has a well-equipped kitchen and a large outside balcony for dining and relaxing. The bedroom has air conditioning, an orthopedic queen mattress, comfortable pillows, and reading lights.  There is also a combination safe for your valuables. The bathroom has a large shower. All of the windows have window screens and security bars.

In the kitchen there’s a 4-burner electric stove and all the kitchen gadgets you’ll need to prepare delicious meals. There are 3 powerful ceiling fans and bedroom air conditioning to keep you cool. The ample covered balcony, complete with a dining table, rocking chairs, and a hammock will be the place you want to stay forever. You'll enjoy looking at the lush green jungle just over your patio railing.

Selva is a 5-10 minute walk walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Villas Espavel is very secure as the property is hidden away down a long driveway. There are 4 parking spots that are available on a first come, first served basis. There is ample street parking outside of our gate if all the parking spots are filled. 

You will see General Manager Johannah, our cleaning and maintenance team, and our gardener onsite most days -in case you have questions as you settle in. We have a washer & dryer available on site if you need one during your stay.
